1. Service Description

Travel AI Plan is an AI-powered travel itinerary planning tool. Through artificial intelligence technology, we generate personalized travel itinerary suggestions, including attraction recommendations, route planning, and time scheduling.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account
  • You must not abuse the service (e.g., mass automated requests, malicious attacks)
  • You are responsible for itinerary content shared with others
  • You must not use this service for any illegal activities

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This service uses AI technology to generate itinerary suggestions. AI-generated content is for reference only and may contain inaccuracies. Please verify attraction opening hours, transportation routes, and local regulations before actual travel. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

4. Usage Limits

To ensure service quality, each account has a monthly itinerary planning limit. Free and Pro plans have different quotas. After exceeding the quota, you need to wait for the next month's reset or upgrade your plan.

5. Intellectual Property

Itinerary content you create belongs to you. The software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property of Travel AI Plan belong to the service provider.

6. Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of this service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you through in-service notifications or email. Continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.

9. Paid Plans and Billing

This Service offers the following paid plans:

  • Lite: NT$69/month. Includes 15 AI itinerary generations per month, ad-free browsing, a basic budget estimator, and map visualization.
  • Pro (monthly): NT$120/month. Up to 50 AI itinerary generations per month, plus priority support.
  • Pro (annual): NT$1,200/year. Same features as the monthly Pro plan.
  • Free Trial users can sign up and use the service immediately, with 5 AI itinerary generations per month at no cost.
  • If the price or content of any paid plan changes, the Company will notify users via website announcement or email prior to the effective date.

10. Renewal

  • Paid plans are non-auto-renewing and will not be charged automatically upon expiration.
  • Before a plan expires, users will be reminded via email or in-app notification. Users must complete the manual renewal process themselves to continue enjoying the plan's benefits.
  • If a user does not renew before expiration, the account will automatically revert to the Free Trial plan, and the paid plan's benefits will end.

12. Advanced Features

  • AR navigation is a planned advanced feature that has not yet been developed and is not included in the current Pro plan's scope. Once developed and launched, the Company will separately announce its features, applicable plans, and launch timeline on the website, and the terms in effect at that time will govern.
  • Offline maps is a planned advanced feature that has not yet been developed and is not included in the current Pro plan's scope. If launched in the future using Google Maps, its usage scope, data update frequency, and download limits will be governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, and any changes will be separately announced.
  • Priority support hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (excluding public holidays). Users can reach us via email (yentechstudio@gmail.com) for priority replies during these hours; inquiries submitted outside these hours will be handled the next business day.

13. Invoices and Tax ID

Charges for this Service will be invoiced electronically in accordance with the law. Users who need an invoice issued under a company or business name should provide the correct tax ID at the time of payment. Triplicate invoices cannot be issued retroactively if the tax ID was not provided at checkout.
