Travel AI Plan is an AI-powered travel itinerary planning tool. Through artificial intelligence technology, we generate personalized travel itinerary suggestions, including attraction recommendations, route planning, and time scheduling.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must sign in with a valid Google account
• You must not abuse the service (e.g., mass automated requests, malicious attacks)
• You are responsible for itinerary content shared with others
• You must not use this service for any illegal activities

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This service uses AI technology to generate itinerary suggestions. AI-generated content is for reference only and may contain inaccuracies. Please verify attraction opening hours, transportation routes, and local regulations before actual travel. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

4. Usage Limits

To ensure service quality, each account has a monthly itinerary planning limit. Free and Pro plans have different quotas. After exceeding the quota, you need to wait for the next month's reset or upgrade your plan.

5. Intellectual Property

Itinerary content you create belongs to you. The software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property of Travel AI Plan belong to the service provider.

6. Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of this service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you through in-service notifications or email. Continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
